SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are € 10.00 for orders less than € 75.00 and free for orders greater than or equal to € 75.00 in Italy. SHIPPING WITHDRAWAL

COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The delivered goods must be checked upon arrival and the buyer must report any damage to the packaging directly to the courier, to allow us to take appropriate action to replace the goods. To receive information on how to proceed with a possible complaint, goods exchange, or possible withdrawal, we ask you to contact CAMERANO1875.IT by calling the number 338 8311487 or by writing an email: info@camerano1875.it. In the e-mail you must indicate the order number of and a detailed description of the defect (we recommend you to document everything, where possible, with photographic material). We would like to point out that this right, expressly sanctioned by the so-called “consumer code”, also establishes that the goods must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received. Therefore, the packaging must be intact. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to have second thought after purchase and does not enter in any way into discussions on the warranty and replacement. We will not accept packages, packaging or objects that have been used or are not in their original condition. Once the item or items have reached us and after checking the condition of the goods, if it will correspond to the standards mentioned above, within 10 days we will refund the buyer for the total amount of his expense.
