THE CAMERANO STYLE
In the vineyard and in the cellar, the style of the Camerano family is based on respect for nature and for the identity of the wines. A particular attention and care which start right from the vineyard because a good wine is obtained only from good grapes.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Among the vineyards that Vittorio cares every day, natural rhythms and good practices which minimize the environmental impact are scrupulously observed: a wine must also be sustainable, climate change and higher temperatures make it even more evident. Precisely in this regard, the company has supported the creation of a biodistrict in the Cannubi. In all Camerano vineyards, the integrated pest is implemented, through sexual confusion, with the use of pheromone diffusers.

THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE CRUS OF ORIGIN
In the cellar, the original crus are enhanced and processed in the traditional way, with long fermentation and maceration in concrete barrels built on site and coated with food-grade resin. For the fermentation of Nebbiolo and Barbera, stainless steel tanks of 50 hectoliters each are used.
According to tradition, large barrels are preferred for aging: in the cellar there are barrels of about 23, 30 and 50 hectoliters in Slavonian oak and French oak.
