Barolo: the illuminated castle
For events and initiatives it will be necessary to wait for the second part of the season, but Barolo still wants to greet the beginning of spring with a sign of trust and hope. Thus, since last March 20, the Falletti municipal castle has become the physical symbol of the first “Italian City of Wine”, with a large luminous projection on its façade, towards the valley and hills of the king of wines.

A key location, that of the castle. Inside it develops the WiMu – Wine Museum which, on behalf of the Municipality, developed with its scientific committee the application dossier and the program of activities that let the small village of the Langhe to obtain the prestigious award, promoted by the National Association of “The Cities of Wine” and from the MIPAAF.
