Our Barolo, after its 3-year aging period, is flavored with more than 20 aromatic herbs and spices according to an ancient recipe. Alcohol and sugar are added to the flavored wine to bring it to an alcohol content of 16.5°.
Deep garnet-red color. Remarkable spicy and liqueur aromatic component where the flavors of cinchona, cinnamon, rhubarb and licorice are perceived, in a vinous context.
Traditionally recommended at the end of a meal, to accompany traditional desserts, especially made with dark chocolate. It can also be served as an aperitif on the rocks.
